1. Increased process tank life by performing analysis according to set schedule via Outlook notifications to laboratory personnel. 2. Made small additions of chemistry to extend bath life. 3. Eliminated almost all usage of acetone in process bath form. 4. Installed ammonia/peroxide segregation system. 5. Instituted engineering controls to reduce amount of wastewater released to facility secondary containment. 6. Installed overflow alarms.
